About the BCS Additional Coupling (for powered implements)
The BCS Additional Coupling is a vital accessory for anyone using a BCS two-wheel tractor equipped with the implement quick coupling assembly and looking to connect powered implements. Designed for secure and efficient attachment, it makes switching between different powered tools fast and straightforward, without the need for time-consuming manual fitting.
When your power unit is fitted with the BCS quick coupling system, you will need an additional coupling for every extra powered implement you plan to use. This ensures each attachment can be connected instantly to the power unit without dismantling the coupling from another tool. Powered implements include machinery such as rotavators, flail mowers, and scythe cutters, which require drive from the engine to operate.
For non-powered implements – such as a snow plough, ridger, or brush – a blank coupling will be required instead of the additional coupling. Using the correct coupling ensures compatibility, safety, and smooth performance from your equipment.
Compatibility
The BCS Blank Coupling fits the following power units: BCS 710, BCS 728, BCS 738, BCS 740, BCS 780HY, BCS 614, BCS 615, BCS 618, BCS 630, and BCS 630WS.
Please note: The BCS 660HY and BCS 750 power units have a built-in implement quick coupling system, but this uses a different type of connection. Owners of these models should check the correct coupling requirements before purchasing.
The BCS Additional Coupling offers strength, durability, and ease of use, making it an essential part of any multi-implement setup. By having dedicated couplings for each powered implement, you can save valuable time, reduce wear on components, and keep your equipment ready for work whenever you need it. Whether you are a smallholder, landscaper, or professional groundskeeper, this powered implement attachment will help you get the most out of your BCS machine and maintain a smooth workflow.
