The PPCX1000 multi-tool kit from EGO – the battery technology specialists – includes long-reach pole pruner and hedge trimmer attachment for the trimming of branches high up. It is a professional-grade tool suitable for commercial users as well as competent gardeners.

The shaft is telescopic which means it is extendable to allow for reach of branches previously too high up; it gives a total reach of around 4 metres high, depending on the height of the user. That being said, it is just as ideal for working closer to the ground.

Easily cut branches up to 200 mm thick

The hedge trimmer attachment is suited to cutting branches up to 26 mm in diameter; it has a 51 cm blade that can be adjusted through 6 stages. The pole pruner attachment is for bigger jobs, as it is able to cut through branches up to 200 mm thick; it has a 25 cm bar which has a chain speed of 22 m/s, and can be articulated 0-180°.
