Some assembly is required for the lawnmower; you will need to build and attach the handlebars and assemble and fit the grass box. Maintain Your Honda Products Properly

To keep your Honda petrol machinery running at its best, use standard pump fuels such as SP95, SP98, or SP95-E10.
While Honda doesn’t supply alkylate fuel, its use is permitted.

It’s important to always add a fuel stabiliser, especially if you’re storing fuel for more than a few weeks, as this helps prevent engine issues and keeps the fuel fresh.

Fuel should be stored in small amounts (no more than 5 litres) in a sealed container, away from heat and sunlight. Use within one month unless treated with a stabiliser.

At the end of the season—or if the machine won’t be used for a while—it’s recommended to drain the fuel tank and follow the storage advice in the user manual.

    Brilliant mower , I normally buy cheap plastic bodied Chinese copy mowers which to be fair are good and very lite . But after the last one broke I went for this Honda mower. It’s great , very easy to start , excellent build quality, cut’s beautiful. If I had to nitpick, it’s quite heavy, but that’s more to do with the steel deck and build quality. Can’t recommend this enough.

    This lawnmower is replacing an ancient Honda 416. Excellent price from supplier. This one starts at least as easily as the old one, cuts very well, and is generally very easy to use. The 5 selectable cutting heights are just right for most lawns, for everything from winter maintenance trim to normal summer cut. This is a really great lawnmower but it does have a weak point: it rusts from stonechips on the inside of the deck, assisted by salt (we live very close to the sea). This time I have applied some super strong stainless steel tape round the inside and that will fix it. The tape is aerospace quality, very strong self-adhesive quality, and made in the US. Maybe one day Honda will come up with a plastic deck or plastic lining to a steel one.
