The Husqvarna Automower 450X NERA equipped with the latest technology to provide the user with even more free time to do the things they love and spend less time worrying about mowing the lawn as the 450X NERA has got it covered.

The user has the option to install a virtual boundary as opposed to physical wires.  With innovative satellite technology; the user can benefit from virtual boundaries thanks to the Husqvarna EPOSTM Plug-in Kit with easy installation, full customisable and prevents any damage to the lawn with guide wires, or having to maintain the physical wires.

Patented technology to make mowing effortless

Thanks to patented technology; the 450X NERA is equipped with a smart GPS mapping system which maps out the entire garden at installation and then works out a mowing schedule for the areas.  Furthermore, using the Husqvarna Connect app; the user can section of areas or zones in the garden in which the Automower can have access to and the areas in which the user doesn’t want the Automower to go in and mow in.

Furthermore, the 450X NERA also feature automatic passage handling patented technology in which the Automower becomes aware of narrow passages whilst mowing and adapts to find its way through thanks to built-in sensors.

Efficient cutting system

Equipped with a 24 cm cutting width and a varied cutting heights system with 3 pivoting razor blades; the 450X NERA offers an electric height adjustment which is patented and can be adjusted via the Husqvarna Connect app.

With spot and spiral cutting modes; the 450X NERA ensures a consistent across the lawn.  The spot cutting mode is beneficial when there is a patch of grass that is longer than the rest of the lawn, for e.g beneath garden furniture.  The Automower can be placed on the particular area with the spot cutting mode enabled.  Mowing in tight spirals; the 450X NERA will even out the lawn and then continue to mow the rest of the lawn as per usual afterwards.

Thanks to the cutting disc sensors on the mower; the 450X NERA switches on a systematic spiral cutting pattern when it detects a different in grass heights, to ensure an even cutting finish across the lawn.

Connect to the mower at anytime

Thanks to the Husqvarna Connect app; the user is able to stay connected to the mower, with the ability to adjust and set mowing schedules, as well as create and control zones in which the mower can go in and should stay out of.

Equipped with intelligent mapping; the Automower stores a virtual map of the lawn thanks to GPS sensors, and provides this information to the user to help set up mowing schedules, create personalised cutting heights for each zone and allows the user to also track the Automower. 

The Automower 450X NERA can also be integrated to other smart devices at home such as the Gardena Smart system to marry up the mowing schedule with the watering schedule to enhance lawncare.  Furthermore the Automower can also be connected to Amazon Alexa and Google Home to set up voice activation where the user can send voice commands to the mower via the integrations.
