Overview of the STIHL BGA 60 Cordless Handheld Leaf Blower

The STIHL BGA 60 is powered by a highly efficient EC motor, which is low maintenance and has a very long service life. This 36 v cordless blower boasts a maximum blowing force of 15 N with its round nozzle.

Extremely quiet when operating, its sound power level is 89 dB(A), with a sound pressure level at the operator’s ear of 76 dB(A). At a distance of 15 metres, this reduces to only 56 dB(A).

Weighing just 2.3 kg (excluding battery) and with a compact design, the BGA 60 has an exceptionally impressive power-to-weight ratio.

The BGA60’s Multi-Function Handle

The ergonomically designed soft-grip, multi-function handle allows you to control the STIHL BGA60’s speed without having to alter your grip or take a break in your work.

Adjusting the speed to match the task in hand helps you reduce energy consumption and extend the battery’s running time.

Power Boost Mode

By adding extra pressure to the trigger, you can put the STIHL BGA 60 Leaf Blower into Power Boost mode. This maximises the blower’s performance and helps you quickly shift the most stubborn of leaves.

When operating in Power Boost mode, this cordless leaf blower has 60% more blowing force than STIHL’s BGA 57 model!

Adjustable Blower Tube

The BGA 60 STIHL features an adjustable blower tube, making it a very comfortable tool to use, regardless of your height. It can be adjusted by up to 16 cm without using any tools.

Being able to adjust the blower’s height also allows you to optimise its performance, ensuring it’s exactly the right distance from the ground.

Protecting the Tube

STIHL has added a robust metal ring around the blower tube’s nozzle to protect it from wear if it comes into contact with the ground or other obstacles.

Get Connected!

The BGA 60 is compatible with STIHL’s Smart Connector. Once attached, this device automatically detects when the leaf blower is in use. It records the tool’s operating hours and transmits them via Bluetooth to the STIHL Connected app.

As well as recording operating times, this app provides an ongoing overview of any maintenance requirements, ensuring your tool is always in tip-top condition.

A Storage-Friendly Leaf Blower

Thanks to an eyelet on the tool’s handle, the BGA60 STIHL can easily be hung up in your garage or shed, away from potential hazards and always to hand.

Battery Operating Time

This cordless blower is compatible with any STIHL AK System battery or charger.

When used with STIHL’s AK 30 S battery, it has a running time of up to 16 minutes before the battery needs recharging.
