Suitable for both commercial and domestic use, this high-powered chainsaw has a bar length of 35 cm (14”), total weight of 3.68 kg, and is fitted with a potentiometer function for infinitely variable speed control.

Its 3/8″ PS3 Pro saw chain ensures 20% superior cutting performance compared to similar cordless chainsaws, including 10% more cuts per battery charge.

The E C Engine

Light in weight and with a compact design, the STIHL MSA 220C B’s engine is both low maintenance and highly efficient.

Not only does this engine fully optimise the power from the battery and have a very long service life, but with a sound power level of 99 dB(A), it’s extremely quiet too.

STIHL’s Quick Chain Tensioning

Thanks to STIHL’s Quick Chain Tensioning, you can quickly and easily tighten or loosen the MSA 220’s chain through an adjusting wheel, without the need for tools.

A right turn on the wheel increases tension on the saw chain, while a left turn loosens it. (The guide bar is automatically secured once you tighten the sprocket cover.)

Battery and Charger

Both of these items must be purchased separately, unless you already have a compatible AP System battery and charger.
