As part of the STIHL AK System, the RMA 443 shares batteries with other compatible garden tools. The mower is available as either a tool only machine or as a complete set with battery and charger. Two battery slots are built into the powerhead, allowing a spare battery to be carried for longer working sessions.

The mower benefits from STIHL Constant Power technology, ensuring consistent cutting performance from the beginning of the job to the end. The RMA 443 features a 41 cm cutting width, making it suitable for medium and larger home lawns. Using the recommended battery, it can maintain areas up to approximately 230 m². The efficient cutting width allows larger sections of lawn to be covered quickly while maintaining excellent cutting quality.

The flow-optimised blade reduces air resistance and improves energy efficiency during mowing. This allows the mower to use less battery power while maintaining excellent cutting performance. The mower offers four mowing methods, allowing users to collect, mulch, rear discharge, or side discharge clippings. This versatility makes it easy to adapt the mower to seasonal conditions and different grass lengths.

The central cutting height adjustment offers settings between 20 mm and 100 mm. A clear scale shows the selected height, allowing quick adjustments. This flexibility helps achieve the desired finish throughout the mowing season.

Comfortable Handling And Practical Storage

The mono-comfort handlebar provides excellent access to the grass collection box thanks to its single-sided design. This makes removing and emptying the collector easier and more convenient. The handlebar can also be adjusted without tools, allowing users to work in a comfortable position.

Once mowing has finished, the handlebar folds down to reduce storage space requirements. The integrated carry handle makes lifting and transporting the mower easier. Smooth-running wheels provide excellent grip and directional stability, helping the mower move comfortably across different lawn conditions while maintaining precise control.

Durable Construction And Efficient Collection

The 52-litre grass collection box uses airflow technology to improve filling performance. A fill-level indicator shows when the collector requires emptying. Side vents direct airflow towards the ground, helping reduce dust and debris around the operator.

The mower uses a double-layer polymer deck that is lightweight, rust resistant, and highly durable. The UV-resistant construction protects the housing during regular use. Its IPX4 splash protection rating also allows confident operation in damp and changing weather conditions.
