The Honda HRG 466 is fitted with a lightweight but powerful Honda 145 cc GCVx 4-stroke engine, with overhead camshaft, Easy Start auto choke system and single speed transmission.

An exceptionally reliable starter and low maintenance too, this premium petrol engine has a maximum power output of 2.7 kw (3.6 hp), giving the mower a forward speed of 0.89 m/s.

The Honda HRG466SK’s Steel Deck

Sporting a sleek design, with straight modern lines, this superb self-propelled petrol mower comes with a robust steel deck, which is light in weight and resistant to rust.

It has a cutting width of 46 cm and six adjustable cutting heights of between 20 and 74 mm, leaving you in total control of the height of your lawn.

A Quiet Operator

The Honda IZY 466 is fitted with Honda’s patented low noise blade. Together with the rest of the machine’s highly efficient design, this provides a sound output level of only 95 dB(A), which is well under the current EU standard for petrol lawnmowers.

The fuel tank has a spacious capacity of 0.91 litres, allowing you to mow for longer periods of time without a pitstop.

Maintain Your Honda Products Properly

To keep your Honda petrol machinery running at its best, use standard pump fuels such as SP95, SP98, or SP95-E10.
While Honda doesn’t supply alkylate fuel, its use is permitted.

It’s important to always add a fuel stabiliser, especially if you’re storing fuel for more than a few weeks, as this helps prevent engine issues and keeps the fuel fresh.

Fuel should be stored in small amounts (no more than 5 litres) in a sealed container, away from heat and sunlight. Use within one month unless treated with a stabiliser.

At the end of the season—or if the machine won’t be used for a while—it’s recommended to drain the fuel tank and follow the storage advice in the user manual.
