Weighing only 9.5 kg, the STIHL TS410 is a compact, lightweight cut-off machine, expertly designed and built for skilled professional work. It has a maximum cutting depth of 100 mm and extremely low vibration levels of just 3.9 m/s².

The TS410’s 2-MIX Engine

The STIHL TS 410’s 3.5 kW (4.4 hp) 2-MIX engine is highly efficient, even at maximum power, making this a cheap petrol disc cutter to run. Requiring minimal maintenance and low emission too, it complies with the strict EU Stage V directive on non-road engine emissions.

An Easy-to-Start Disc Cutter

The TS 410 STIHL disc cutter is designed with a manual fuel pump, which reduces the number of strokes needed to start the machine. This makes the start-up process quicker, easier, and is particularly useful after extended breaks in operation. To use it, you should actuate the pump several times first, so there is sufficient petrol in the carburettor.

When starting this cut-off machine’s engine, you can also open the decompression valve, which allows some of the compressed mixture to escape the cylinder. This reduces the force needed on the starter cord, so protecting the starting mechanism.

A Superior Air Filtration System

The TS 410 STIHL Saw’s filtration system works through the principle of cyclone pre separation. This means air is drawn inwards and swirled around, before the heavier dirt and dust particles are ejected. The pre-cleaned air is then routed to the air filter via a pre-separator duct.

This pre separation process helps the air filter enjoy a much longer life than those found in conventional filtration systems.
